GrandPak is the subsidiary company of Lehui Group, its main products is beverage packaging

equipments.

PET cold aseptic filling refers to the product after high temperature sterilization and cooling to

normal temperature, with the bottles and caps sterilized by disinfectant, filling and capping

within aseptic environment, thus the product can be preserved at normal temperature.

After 12 years development and long term cooperation with Japan Toyo Seikan Group,

GrandPak s aseptic equipments and technologies are getting more and m ore perfect.

The aseptic technology is appraised officially by China government. GrandPak s P ET aseptic

equipments and technology fill up the domestic blank and achieve the advanced level in

beverage industry.

GrandPak is one of the six successful companies with mature PET cold aseptic filling and

packaging technology in the world.

TOYO PACK Changshu Co., Ltd. TPC , a wholly foreign-owned enterprise, is a joint

venture of Japan-Toyo Seikan Group and Japan-Beverage Group, founded on Oct

Suzhou, with 84 million USD as its total investment. It focuses on beverage OEM business.

The first 2012 and second 2013 phases for plant construction have successfully

completed. GrandPak has provided four 460bpm PET turnkey cold aseptic filling lines

at present. All of GrandPak s equipments have passed aseptic validation and the line

operation efficiency is over 95%.

Recently, GrandPak has launched new high speed PET cold aseptic filling line, its

capacity is 36000bph. We prepare to develop 48000bph packaging line soon.

Through the development and optimization for isolation & sealing, microbiology

control & inspection, cleaning & sterilization, filling, system control, air purifying

technology, the GrandPak cold aseptic filling technology could meet the

customer demand for neutral beverage filling, such as coffee, beverage with milk

and herbal tea, etc. It provides the consumer a real nature green food without

any preservatives and additives.

The assembly line is highly automated with a stable performance. With the high

performance price ratio, the locally supplied machines and service are the better

choice of the leading and developing beverage companies in pursuit of high-

quality products.

GrandPak has d Cooperation Agreement with Toyo Seikan, not only provide

the Turn-key project to customers, but also providing aseptic Validation,

management and technology training.

Bottles are conveyed by the air

conveyor through air jets blow acting

on the bottle neck ring of the bottles

into the filling monobloc.

The unique design for bottle inlet screw makes bottles transfer smoothly.

All bottle transfer within the monobloc

is by holding the bottle neck without

any change when change the bottles

with same bottle neck size.
