If the SR is in a status other than OPEN and DIS is blank, it will be highlighted in red as well as if the number in DIS reaches the thresholds listed. Thresholds are adjustable. (The default red line reflects the MCO 4790.2 Maximum Maintenance Cycle time for principle end items).

If the Op Status is Deadlined or Degraded and the Problem code is NMAJ MINR they will highlight red as the problem code does not accurately reflect the condition of the equipment.

Deadlined must be in UND A or B (Priority 1-10), Degraded must be in UND B (Priority 4;5;6;9;10), Minor must be in UND C (Priority 11-15) .

If the number in DDL reaches the numbers listed DDL will highlight. Thresholds are adjustable. (The default red line reflects the MCO 4790.2 Maximum Maintenance Cycle time for principle end items)

If the Priority is UND A or B (1-10) and the Problem code is NMAJ MINR they will highlight red as the problem code does not accurately reflect the priority of the equipment.

If the Priority is UND A and the Job Status is a workable status, they will highlight purple. UND A should be constantly worked and overseen.

Job Statuses and DI Stat will highlight yellow or red if the specified Job Status has not been completed in a reasonable time. Time frames utilized are listed below.

If the SR has not received an update by the timeframe listed it will be highlighted to set focus on reviewing and updating the SR. Thresholds are adjustable.

If the contact or problem summary block is red, the SR is missing the required Contact information or a written problem summary.

If all four cells are empty they will highlight blue to show that the SR from your MMR is not on the TLCM Report that was added.

If the EOM is 1 and the Priority or Op Status reflect a deadlined or degraded status or it is a MOD or PM SR, EOM will go red. If the If the Problem code shows SL3AP and the EOM is 2 or higher they will go yellow to ensure you double check.

If the NIIN, Serial, SR Type, and EOM match another SR, the SR# will highlight red to show you have multiple SR's opened on the same type for the same item. If all match except EOM the SR# will be yellow to point out you may have duplicates.

Maint SR's always require an induction/acceptance task. If the SR is Deadlined, Degraded, or has parts on order the SR will also have at least one additional task for the defect. Items Awaiting Pickup will have at least an acceptance task and a QC task. If any of these loose rules are violated, the tasks will be orange.
