Mantova has been manufacturing high quality products for the Hospitality, Catering and Food Service Industries at its Smithfield (Western Sydney) factory for 40 years.

M-Span ShelvingThe all new M-Span shelf is designed to be easy to clean and last a lifetime for an affordable price. Made by over moulding a sub frame with Food Grade Polypropylene to produce a strong shelf in one process. This patented technique reduces the cost and the carbon footprint to benefit both the customer and the environment.

Removable shelves are easy to clean and are dishwasher proof. Cleaning your cool room one shelf at a time without having to dismantle the whole bay of shelves is a huge time and cost saving.

Mantova’s Wire Grid Shelving has solid roll formed sides which are easier to clean then other brands of wire shelving. Fully welded steel corners make this shelving very strong. The solid roll formed frame gives a clean look as well as price and product name space for front of shop use.

Shelf Ledges Shelf ClipsSimple and effective M-Span shelf ledges are extremely easy to install and provide a barrier along the perimeter of the shelves.

Made from polypropylene and stainless steel 4mm wire.

Stainless Steel Bridging Clips can be used to provide clear access to corner shelving systems and additional add on bays. Two Bridging Clips are fitted to each shelf to eliminate two posts. Clips have a weight loading of 150kg for shelves up to 1200mm long. 100kg for shelves 1350mm to 1800mm long. Available on M-Span, Real Tuff and Wire Shelving.

Security Cage Safe ShelfSecurity Shelving allows storage and movement of costly items with safety and security. Heavy duty mesh panels secure the sides and back. Doors are pry resistant and can be padlocked.

Adjustable feet allow for variations in floor levels and can be fixed to the floor for extra stability. Adjustable feet can also be used at both ends of a shelf post to tie the shelving unit to the roof and floor.

Mantova Stem Glass Insert racks are an inexpensive alternative in providing a stable method for securing glasses from toppling and breaking whilst washing. Mantova Poly Coated Wire Frame Inserts also achieve a greater wash efficiency, resulting in a more hygienically cleaned glass-ware.

Baskets are complete with welded pocket inserts that secure glasses on all sides to eliminate breakage. Flute glasses are accommodated in 65mm x 65mm pockets while wine glasses require pockets of 85mm x 85mm. Made in 4 heights of 150mm, 175mm, 200mm and 225mm high.

Mantova’s Under Bar Racks can be floor fixed or suspended from the back and top. Available in left hand, right hand and centre configurations.

Mantova’s glass storage racks are available for suspended installations, wall mounting and floor fixing. Manufactured from stainless steel or anodized aluminium with adjustable tray slides they provide the flexibility necessary to best accommodate variations in glass heights. Add on bays utilise a common upright.
