Apprenticeships 4 England Apprenticeship Employer Awards 2016 are to reward Businesses, who have excelled in contributing to the development of Apprenticeship programmes in England. This award recognises and celebrates the employer’s commitment to developing their workforce through Apprenticeships and supporting their employees during their training. Entries should demonstrate how the approach taken by your organisation in the delivery of Apprenticeships: Has a focus on the learner. Has had a significant impact on learner performance. Has seen your Apprenticeship programme developed in line with your organisational aims and objectives. Has seen you offer additional support and resource (above that expected of a similar sized organisation) to ensure that learners achieve the aims of their Apprenticeship programme. Has seen you develop an Apprenticeship programme which seek to address the additional needs of the widercommunity. Show an innovative or dynamic approach to the delivery of Apprenticeships.Have Apprenticeships embedded and/or integrated into the training plan and ethos of

theorganisation.Finalists of the Apprenticeship 4 England business remploy of the Year Award categories

will each be invited to attend the prestigious black tie award ceremony which will be

held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, London on the evening of 25th Feb 2016Winners will also receive a specially designed trophy at the Awards.

JudgingThere are only a few rules that apply to the Apprenticeship 4 England Training Provide Awards, these are:

•All application forms must be received by 12.00 (noon) on 25th Nov 2015•Incomplete or late application forms will not be considered.•The Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Finalists will be notified by email and telephone, no later than 3rd week Jan 2016

What is the judging process?All completed entries will be assessed by an independent panel of judges under the chairmanship of TBC, the panel will then prepare a shortlist of Winners for each award. Finalist will be notified 3rd week of Jan .2016
