HOST FAMILY PROFILE ‘A Day In Your Life’. For each Host (HOPE) Program we need a detailed description of your host family environment; your day-to-day routine and planned activities. The format required is via a WORD DOC ATTACHMENT and should be written freeform. This should contain the following information from each host family. EXAMPLE: The (host mom) is usually the first up in the morning, then wakes up the children. If you have a disciplinary problem with a host child(ren) how will you address? What activities do you have planned for the host children? What would your day be like if you were going for one of the fun activities?
