Waterton Park, is set within the grounds of the historic Walton Hall, a beautiful Georgian mansion situated on an island surrounded by a private 26 acre lake. Walton Hall is only accessible via a picturesque iron footbridge.

We have various function rooms, bedrooms, leisure facilities and our main Bridgewalk Restaurant all located in this unique hall.

On the mainland we have the purpose built Waterton Park Hotel and Spa. The County Suite is located in this building along with over 40 bedrooms many with views over the surrounding golf course and the Hall’s private lake.

We have many rooms that are suitable for private lunches or dinners either in Walton Hall for a maximum of 50 guests, or The County Suite for a maximum of 140 guests. Please request more details when booking. Charlies Bar in Walton Hall is open all year round for a fantastic range of local and seasonal dishes, it is not necessary to book.

Both are ideal for office parties or family get-togethers. Our bars and discos party-on until 1.00am Fridays and Saturdays and until 12.00 midnight midweek.

Arrive at your leisure on the 30th December, bedrooms available from 3.00pm.

Meet at 7.30pm for a fantastic evening of Murder Mystery with a 3 course dinner in Walton Hall.

The following morning, the 31st December a traditional full English breakfast will be served from 8.00am – 10.00am.

Why not make the most of our Leisure Club with its lake level swimming pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath and gymnasium or book a treatment in our Spa (treatments are charged at normal prices and not included). We are also on the doorstep of some of Yorkshire’s greatest attractions including the world renowned Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Hepworth Museum and the National Trust’s magnificent Nostell Priory.

Traditional afternoon tea will be served between 3.30pm and 5.00pm.

Meet your fellow guests for a glass of Prosecco from 7.30pm and then make your way to the County Suite for a fabulous 5 course dinner, followed by a disco until 1.00am.

Brunch will be served from 9.00am until 11.30pm on the morning of the 1st January.

All offers in this brochure are subject to availability: the hotel reserves the right to alter any dates, planned entertainments, specified function rooms or menus without prior notice. All details in this brochure are correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to alterations without prior notice. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

Only deposited bookings constitute a confirmed booking. Any amendments to bookings will only be accepted in writing.The hotel reserves the right to automatically release any provisional bookings if deposits are not received within the stated time. A £10.00 per person deposit, or for Christmas Day and New Years Eve, a £25.00 per person (residential package £45.00 per person), non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required within 14 days of making your booking.

All pre-payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable on group bookings should your numbers decrease.

Once final payments have been received, no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. Special dietary requirements will always be accommodated where possible, but must be agreed at the time of booking.

While our hotel is family friendly, restrictions apply to children at certain events and should be checked with the hotel. In the unlikely event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered. In extreme circumstances a full refund will be given.

We regret that no account bar facilities are available without prior arrangement: all services must be paid prior to leaving the hotel. The full balance, final numbers, menu choices and accommodation names are required no later than 21 days prior to the event. No deposits lost will be transferred to use on any other products or refunded.

The venue reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. We also reserve the right to move the event to a smaller function suite should numbers dictate.The organiser will be held responsible for the conduct of their guests, any damage to hotel property will be charged in full, guests are solely responsible for their own property.
