What is a Water jet Cutter

A water jet cutter, also known as a waterjet or water jet, is an

industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using

a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and

an abrasive substance. The term abrasive jet refers specifically to

the use of a mixture of water and abrasive to cut hard materials

such as metal or granite, while the terms pure water jet and water-

only cutting refer to water jet cutting without the use of added

abrasives, often used for softer materials such as wood or rubber.

Water jet cutting is often used during fabrication of machine

parts. It is the preferred method when the materials being cut are

sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods.

Water jet cutting is used in various industries,

including mining and aerospace, for cutting, shaping,

and reaming.

A new advanced cutting and polishing line for marble and granite was installed. To ensure the best

surface finishing a computer based full automatic resin line was installed. And our full automatic, one of a

kind, slab cutting station can produce very high quantity of finished products. As a result of innovative

sawing technology, perfectly squared tiles and slabs are produced.

5 AXIS CNC ROUTER

In the simplest terms, 5-axis machining involves using a

CNC to move a part or cutting tool along five different

axes simultaneously. This enables the machining of very

complex parts, which is why 5-axis is especially popular

for aerospace applications
