With cc|intercompany you can map business processes effortlessly and exchange data between departments or between you and your business partners. In addition to transactions such as orders, deliveries/goods issue, invoices and credit notes, this also includes data such as products, debtors, creditors and contacts. The necessary goods receipt and goods issue documents are generated automatically in the respective client.

cc|intercompany is suitable both for internal processes (between several clients and databases) and for connection of external systems.

MAPPINGTEMPLATESENSUREQUICKINTEGRATION

Mappings are data exchange formats which are needed for simplified mapping of processes and exchange of data. cc|intercompany provides sample mappings as well as an integrated tool with which you can map your specific requirements in a targeted manner.

The tool allows you to create, change or extend such mappings quickly and independently, without programming knowledge. In this way, you can easily link different clients and databases and establish an error-free exchange of documents.

This opens up new possibilities in terms of converterless data transmission and saves costs for further investments. The possibility of setting up the mappings yourself means you gain flexibility and independence.

AUTOMATION

Job management in cc|intercompany allows for process automation through the establishment of time-controlled tasks. These tasks are then executed via the module's own scheduler, or even using the Microsoft Dynamics Application Server (NAS) or external tools. Thus, any routine work due from any area can be completed automatically according to individual timetables, such as processing of mappings, overnight synchronisation of master data or stock control. Administration is made easier thanks to convenient e-mail notifications and an activity monitor.
