requirements, defines the basic requirements of quality management system for those

who sign this document,

5.8 …Each auditing site should include at least the following:

n) The information and evidence about the customer's specific requirements, includes

management system requirements for the specific quality of the Customer which

should be subject to an audit.

The verification of compliance with the requirements of the customer is part of

the third party verification of compliance with ISO/TS16949: 2009.

8.2.2.5 Internal auditor qualificationThe organization shall have internal auditors who are qualified to audit the requirementsof this Technical Specification (see 6.2.2.2).6.2.2.2 TrainingThe organization shall establish and maintain documented procedures for identifyingtraining needs and achieving competence of all personnel performing activities affectingconformity to product requirements. Personnel performing specific assigned tasks shallbe qualified, as required, with particular attention to the satisfaction of customerrequirements.

PSA Focus

Previously, PSA Peugeot Citroën requested the supplier project teams to be trained in "AQF” (i.e."Suppliers Quality Assurance") by an organism approved by PSA. Now, the training may be provided by a supplier AQF representative after PSA agreement

When auditing paragraph 6.2 Human resources,the auditors can verify that the supplier project teams are trained either by an organism approved by PSA Peugeot Citroën or by a supplier AQF representive approved by PSA Peugeot Citroën.
