Why do people bully?

They want attention They have been hurt before

They want revenge They want to show off to people

They want to be stronger Something happened in their life

They get a reaction

learn, play and have fun.

What happens to the information from the bully audit?

They get the bully and the victim to sit down and tell what has just happened

from both sides of the story.

What can we do if we are bullied?

We would tell the bully to stop and tell them that bullying is not the answer.

If that doesn’t work out, then, tell the teacher or a parent.

Tips for a Bully

Bullying is not the answer. Treat others the way you want to be

treated. Think before you act.

Think about your actions. Calm down! Take deep breaths!

Put yourself in the place of the victim.

Delete inappropriate messages, emails, texts and posts.

Show your parents any mean messages, texts or posts before

deleting.

How do we respond if we are cyber bullied?

Delete all bad messages, texts, posts and emails.

Tell your parents what is happening and how do we solve this.

Tell the teacher the next morning.
