Computers have advance a lot they updated the mouse. So now your will not get clogged up with dirt or brake easily.

The Case

The case is known as the “box” or “Chassis” that holds and enclosed the many parts of your computer the ”box” is usually made of metal. On the front of the “box” usually have the following features:

The Motherboard

The Motherboard is the main function of computers. If you would open the computer case you will see various wires,chips,slots,etc.Motheboard is like that main Compartment that holds the computer together. Every component in your computer connects to the motherboard.

Internal Hard Drive

Hard drive is the best thing to have on your computer, because it stores EVERTHING you save on your computer. They are very fast and are now reaching sizes of over 1tb or 1000gb. They are connected to the motherboard by ribbon cables.

The Processor

It is attached to he motherboard, the main processor acts as the brain of your computer. It processes all the instructions given to your computer. Its speed is measured in Gigahertz (GHZ).

Ram

The ram is where your computers places at your programs and applications that you have currently have running. The more ram you have the faster your computer can jungle multiple programs at once. When you shut down your computer, your ram clears. The most cheapest way to speed your computer is too add more ram.

Expansion Slots & Cards

Expansion slots are ports in your motherboard to which you can additional hardware. There are many cards you can place in the slots. Such as a video card or Ethernet card.
