PROLINE

Loss of control and leaving the road are frequent in leisure karting, generating impacts against track protective barriers or another kart.

These frequent impacts can not only cause damage to the kart structure and components, but also present a safety hazard to the driver.

To reduce the effects, avoid overriding and penetrations and absorb the impact energy, Sodikart has developed a “PROLINE” all round plastic protection.

PROLINE comprises a front part, two side parts (particularly pro-tecting the wheels), and a rear part. These different parts making

Full rear axle covering

Integral bodywork specially designed to cover the hot and rotating parts of the rear part of the kart, considerably redu-cing any risk of burns or strangling.

Engine integral covering

The engine cover is insulated protection against the heat released by the engine. It also protects drivers against the risk of burns.

Integral floor covering

Integral floor covering the petrol tank and steering column, providing perfect protection of the drivers’ legs and offering improved aesthetics.

Lock & charge

Safety system blocking any use of the electric kart during recharging of the power supply pack. When the Kart is in the “charge» position and connected to the charger the whole electrical and electronic system switches to the «lock» posi-tion and is no longer powered, so that any use or movement of the kart is impossible.

The “EASYFAST CLIPS BRAKING SYSTEM» has the objective of reducing the time to change brake disks and easing this operation. With this system the operation can be done in a few seconds.

Nylon rods concept
