2) The Manufacturer is authorizing the Seller to certificate above stated products and- to apply for certification of production,- to receive and sign documents in front of certification bodies,- to receive and be the holder of conclusions, test reports, certificates on serial production,- to file requests and perform activities needed for accomplishment of present authorization.

3) The above mentioned products fulfil the requirements of the following regulations:

Low voltage directive: 72/23/EECEMC Directive: 89/336/EECRoHS Directive: 2002/95/EC

The above mentioned products fulfil the requirements of the following standards /specifications:

4) The Manufacturer hereby confirms that there weren’t constructional changes, changes ofmaterial or technology that should significantly affect product characteristics or parameters ofstated products from the moment above mentioned test reports were issued.

5) The Manufacturer takes legal responsibility for stated products toward the Seller.

6) The Manufacturer hereby confirms that the Seller is allowed to perform quality audit ofManufacturer’s production and other supporting processes for stated products. Onnotification of the Seller the Manufacturer will take measures to eliminate reasons foreventual quality claims.

7) The Manufacturer will notify the Seller in advance of any relevant constructional change,change of material or technology that will affect stated products characteristics orparameters. Such changes should not worsen products characteristics or parameters whatshould be supported by relevant test reports.
