The Panjab University (P. U.), Chandigarh (INDIA) represented by Professor Arun K.Grover, Vice Chancellor, Panjab Universify and Mr. Michet Richard, Director, TheFoundation Le Corbusier, Paris, France agree to establish and conduct mutually agreedupon cooperative and collaborative projects, programs, and/or activities, sharing of Archivesrelated to Le Corbusier for the project Pierre Jeanneret's Gandhi Bhawan, 'Keeping itModem' Project under Getty Foundation, Los Angeles, USA. The contact persons from bothsides would be the Chairperson, Department of Gandhian and Peace Studies (GPS),P.U., Chandigarh and the Director, Foundation Le Corbusier, Paris, France respectively.Both the parties have agreed to the following terms:

Terms of Agreement:

1. All material supplied via the Foundation Le Corbusier, Paris, France with respect tothe Le Corbusier Archives is protected by copyright and other intellectual propertyrights, and duplication or sale of all or part of any of the collections will not beundertaken by Panjab University except for research and publications specificallyrelated to the Gandhi Bhawan 'Keeping it Modern' Project under Getty Foundation.

2. To acknowledge, in any publication, whether printed, electronic or broadcast, basedwholly or in part on the data collections, the original data creators, depositors orcopyright holders, the funders of the collections (if different) and the Foundation LeCorbusier as supplying the material, as described in the documentation accompanyingthe collections. To cite, in any publication, whether printed, electronic or broadcast,based wholly or in part on the collections,

3. To declare, in any publication, whether printed, electronic or broadcast, based whollyor in part on the collections, that those who canied out the original collection of thematerial bear no responsibility for the further analysis or interpretation of it.

4. To supply the Le Corbusier Foundation with one copy of any published work basedwholly or substantially on the collections or alternatively with bibliographical detailsand supporting information

5. To notiff the relevant personnel at thediscovered in the data collections.
