(copy enclosed) wherein it was informed that Special Foundation Course for 21 lFoS officers of2012

and 2013 batch to be organized simultaneously with the regular Foundation Course to be conducted

by LBS:\A_>\ from 07.09.2015.

In this connection, it is informed that the Special Foundation course for 21 IFoS Officers will

be organized at Dr. \tCR HRD Institute. Hyderabad from 07.09..2015. It is reiterated that this is a last

opportunity for those officers who have not anended Foundation Course.

3. In view of above, Ministry of Environment & Forests is requested to confirm the nominations

of 21 IFoS officers to Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Hyderabad. The contact details of nodal officer of this

The undersigned is directed to say that All India Service (AIS) and other CivilServices Group 'A' officers of 2012 and 2013 batch who are yet to undergoFoundation Course and where Foundation Course has bearing on fixation ofseniority/confirmation .•vi!! undergo training simultaneously in the regular FoundationCourse to be conducted by LBSNAA from 07.09.2015. The list of 170 (lPS-113,IFoS-21, ITS-6, IPoS-25, IP&T AFS-5) who have been nominated is enclosed. Thisprogramme is especially being organised for the officers to clear the backlog ofofficers who could not attend the FC during the induction training. The CCAs arerequested to kindly take steps to relieve the officers without fail as there 'will not befurther opportunity to undergo this training in future.
