CENTRAL OFFICE AND DISTRICT OFFICES WHEREAS, the Public Attorney's Office (PAO) is committed to adhere to the State's Poliry of securing and maintaining the trust and confidence of every Filipino, by upholding transparency, good governance and anti-corruption measures; W}IEREAS, this committee previously resolved last 28 December 2019 to declare the submitted bid of Redgold Forwarder Inc. (Redgold) as the Single Calculated/Rated and Responsive Bid for the procurement of Licensed Cargo Forwarder for CY 2019 and to direct the PBAC technical working group to veriff the authenticity and validity of the documents submitted by Redgold for purposes of post-qualification and report their findings in this scheduled PBAC meeting. WHEREAS, the PBAC-Technical Working Group CFVVG) submitted their report wherein they confirm the completeness, validity and authenticity of the documentary requirements submitted by Redgold; WHEREAS, after this committee's review of the authenticity and completeness of the eligibility and documentary requirements of the submitted bid by Redgold, as suppofted by the findings and post-qualification repot of the PBAC-TWG, BAC Member Atty. Ronald Jerome Nieves moved to recommend the award of contract to Redgold for the procurement of Licensed Cargo Fonruarder for CY 2019, duly seconded by BAC Member. Atty.
