本人謹代表本公司申請加入香港建造商會有限公司（「商會」），並在獲接納成為會員後，同意受商會當時的組織

章程大綱及章程細則、理事會不時發出的道德守則、行

為指引、實務守則、各項規章制度及附例的約束，亦同

意本公司所提供的資料，可用於商會出版的刊物及其他

通訊。

On behalf of the Company, I hereby apply to join The Hong Kong Construction Association, Limited (“the Association”) as a member. After admitted to membership of the Association, I agree to be bound by the current Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Codes of Ethics, Codes of Conduct, Practice Directions, rules, regulations and by-laws issued by the Council from time to time; and the information provided by the Company may be included in the Association’s publications and other communications.

（一）由香港建造商會有限公司（「商會」）會員不時提供的個人資料，例如會員的代表姓名、

地址、電話號碼、電郵地址及其他個人資料（「個人數據」），會被商會用作進行與會員

相關的活動（包括處理付款）、促進會員與商會的溝通、及不時向會員提供商會活動和

服務資訊。

（二）商會可提供會員資料（包括會員代表姓名和聯絡方法）予與建造業事宜相關的政府部

門及法定業界團體，目的是為會員提供來自上述機構有關行業的資訊。

（三）根據「個人資料（私隱）條例」，閣下有權查閱及更正其個人資料。任何有關商會使用

(a) Personal data provided from time to time by members of The Hong Kong

Construction Association, Limited (the "Association"), such as member

representatives' name, address, telephone number, email address and other personal

information ("Personal Data") are used by the Association for carrying out activities

relating to membership of the Association (including processing of payments),

facilitating communication between members and the Association and providing

members with information on the activities and services of the Association from time

to time.

(b) The Association may provide members' details (including the names and contact

details of members' representatives) to Government departments involved in

construction industry matters and statutory construction industry bodies for the

purposes of providing members with relevant industry information from such

Government departments and statutory bodies.

(c) Individuals have a right to access and correct their personal data in accordance with

the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Any enquiries concerning the use of personal

data by the Association, including the making of access and correction requests,

should be addressed to the Secretariat of the Association:
