The Australian Coal Preparation Society (ACPS) invites you to exhibit at our 17th Biennial Conference & Exhibition to be held at the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC), Brisbane from 3pm Tuesday 11th September until 1pm on Friday 14th September 2018.

The layout of the exhibition area,

combined with the conference program

will allow exhibitors high exposure over

the four days to conference delegates and

industry representatives. To assist with this

objective, the following functions will all be

held within the exhibition space - Tuesday

arrival function, daily arrival coffee/tea,

morning, afternoon teas, lunches and

afternoon drinks.

Booth costs include attendance to all

technical sessions, all evening functions,

daily arrival coffee/tea, morning/afternoon

tea and all lunches. All registered

exhibitors will also receive a delegate satchel

with a copy of the Conference Proceedings.

Please see the following pages for a list of

booth options, prices, inclusions and a floor

plan to assist you in choosing your preferred

booth.

NOTE: Booth allocation is arranged in order

of EOI receipt.

EVENT / TERMS & CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Exhibition Cancellation Policy On confirmation of your booth booking you will be required to pay a Non-Refundable 20% deposit; this payment will be required within 30 days of receipt of your invoice. If payment is not received, you will relinquish your exhibition registration. Full and final payment will be required six (6) months prior to the commencement of the Conference. Cancellations within six months or outside of 90 days will face a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90 days of the commencement of the Conference will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Exhibitors Obligations 1. As part of your obligation as an Exhibitor at the 2018 ACPS Conference you are required to provide details of all attendees included in your exhibitor package.

2. It is vital to the organisational process that these details are completed during your initial registration. However, if these details are not available at this time, you will have until 60 days prior to the conference to provide the final exhibitor details.

3. If ALL Exhibitor details are not received by this date, Exhibitors will be charged a late administration fee of $200 per exhibitor.

Venue and General Information 1. The RICC has excellent load in facilities being all on one level and enabling vehicles, machinery or large/heavy equipment to be driven or moved straight into the exhibition space. The following access restriction apply for size and weight of equipment, for each exhibition space:

- Concourse - Booths 1 to 9: • Floor Load Bearing - 20kpa • Size Restriction - 2800mm high x 4300mm wide • Ceiling Height - 5000mm

- Exhibition Hall (B) – Booths 10 to 45 • Floor Load Bearing 20kpa • Size Restriction - 5300mm high x 4900mm wide • Ceiling Height – 9000mm

- Suites 1 to 5 • Floor Load Bearing 20kpa • Size Restriction - 2350mm high x 1800mm wide • Ceiling Height - 4000mm

2. With a retractable ceiling grid in the main exhibition hall (Hall B), the RICC has the ability to “fly” banners or objects above the floor space of your stand. A weight restriction of 2,500kg per grid applies. Contact Micro Hire for further information.

3. All food and beverages (alcoholic or non alcoholic) to be consumed in booths or suites must be purchased through the RICC.

4. RICC staff will be responsible for alcoholic beverage service, however, an exemption to this may be available depending on the exhibitor specific beverage requirements. In the event an exemption is given, the person serving must provide proof of either a current Qld RSA or Statement of Attainment from another State. Contact the RICC for further information.

5. Coffee machines in booths or suites are available from the RICC in self- serve or staffed barista options.

6. Any electrical equipment supplied by an exhibitor (TV, fridges etc) must be appropriately tested and tagged.

7. Any additional expenses occurred by the exhibitor for F&B, service staff, rigging or booth set up costs, is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
