He completed Graduation in Fine Arts from the Scotish church college, Calcutta. In 1881.

Education

The meeting with Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa in November 1881 proved to be a TURING POINT in his life.

Ramakrishna Paramahamsa was one of the best saints of 19th Century India. He was also a priest and Religious Teacher.

Swami Vivekananda liked his ideologies and was very much impressed by his knowledge and he accepted Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa as his Guru.

WorksVivekananda’s work was to write books. The vedic scholar has written books on four yogas among several other books on meditation, ideology of education, ideal of youth etcRaja yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga, Yoga
