Program benefits for Trainee

Program benefits for employers:
The program is subsidized by the Human Resources Development 1.
Funds (HRDF), covering training expenses, 75% of trainees stipend,
and paying up to 50% of their salary on the first year of employment
upon completion of the training program.
Trainees are considered within the percentage of Saudization quota 2.
from the beginning of training period.
Better utilization of qualified young nationals with professional 3.
occupational certification approved by local and international
authorities.

Specialized Occupational Objectives:
Be able to develop marketing plan and/or participate in developing 1.

General skills , (6) weeks (120) hrs in class + (48) hrs on job training 3.
(OJT)
Specialized occupational skills, (9) weeks, (135) hrs in class + (144) 4.
hrs on job training (OJT).

General Goal:
To equip the trainee with the required knowledge, skills and attitude to
become a professional Sales and Marketing Representative.
Objectives:
After the completion of this program, the trainee will be able to perform
