INTRODUCTION

The traditional 7 QC Tools are used in ICC activities to uncover the problem, arrange the data, analyze the causes, undertake counter measures for improvement, and to ensure continuous improvement. Most of them will involve numerical data in their applications. The 7 new QC tools are techniques for managers and their staff to use at the planning stage to set out the important direction towards organisation’s improvement.

TRAINER PROFILE

Dr. Steven Muru @V. Murugayah is the Corporate Trainer. Principal Consultant & Managing Director and Lecturer/Tutor lor JMC Group of Companies, holds Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Southern Pacific University, USA. Also hold Master of Science In Total Quality Management (MSc.TQM,) from University of Portsmouth, (UK) United Kingdom (England) with distinction in final dissertation- Excellence Award 2000 by University of Portsmouth, UK).

He is also a Certified Professional Manager for Project Management of Association of Certified Professional Managers (United Kingdom). Dr. Steven Muru, Holds Certificate in Quality Management with Distinction from Northern Illinois University, USA and Certificate in Ground Electronics with Distinction and Engineering Certificate in Electrical and Electronics from Polytechnic.

Dr. Steven Muru, is also a Third Party Certification Lead Auditor for QAS International Limited, United Kingdom on QMS (AAI/2008/LAQMS/1432), EMS (AA1/2006/EMS LA/1999 & OHSAS (AAI/2008/OHSAS LA/3121) and Regional Marketing Manager for International Management System Marketing (IMSM, UK).
