People are ethical because of social norms, religious beliefs and laws. Ethical
foundations in an individual define the way he lives his life by differentiating between
right and wrong. It also helps him to behave in a way which improves the situation
directly or indirectly, without harming it at any cost. Ethics have been defined by
relevant governmental, professional, and religious authorities for several domains of
life. However, the article below can be applied to all aspects of our lives.
Ethical people have a high degree of emotional
intelligence. They understand things from multiple perspec-
tives, seeking first to understand than to be understood.
They have strong observatory, listening and analytical
skills which help them to understand things deeply. This quality enables them to win
the trust of others; consequently, people share their problems with them with open
heart and seek their support.
It requires a brave heart to forgive and forget. Ethical people don't hold
grudges for a long time, as they have a tendency to be peacemakers. They move
ahead with life by forgiving and forgetting.
Highly ethical people always want to improve the situation regardless of their
relationship with a person who is in trouble. They do this by taking corrective,
preventive or suggestive initiatives for resolving issues. Corrective approaches ensure
that the problem is solved by doing some specific actions. Preventive approaches
address the root cause of the issue in order to guarantee that such problems do
not appear again. A suggestive approach is used by them to guide others to the
solution, rather than impose an answer.
7 qualities of highly ETHICAL people
1. They are empathic
2. They forgive and forget
3. They are always willing to help

Ethical people are not hyper sensitive or explosive personalities. Instead, they
possess a cool mind and a soft heart. They avoid frequent mood swings in order to
develop a consistent and stable personality. They have high degree of anger
management skills which further empowers their implosive personality trait.
The wise say that it is better to bend than to break. Ethical people possess a
great deal of flexibility and adapt themselves to the situation. Their continuous
thought process enables them to bend backward a little in order to improve a
situation, instead of turning it into an ego tussle. They avoid being stubborn, and
show a willingness to approach a situation in more than one way.
A lot of people are extremely curious about other people’s lives. This causes
them to talk too much about others, spreading rumours and gossip in the process.
However, ethical people make it a point to mind their own business. They understand
that character assassination is a great sin, so they disregard rumours and focus on
facts.
Too much criticism, and misdirected criticism
are at the root of several social and professional
problems. Ethical people avoid giving criticism in
the normal sense. In case they need to condemn or criticize something, they follow
a positive methodology convey the message gently yet effectively to the concerned
person.

E is everywhere!
In this world of E-mails, E-tickets, E-papers, and E-recharges,
Never Forget E-shwar (God)
who makes everything easy for everyone everyday.
"E" is the most eminent letter in the English alphabet.
Men or Women don't exist without "E".
House or Home can't be made without "E".
Bread or Butter can't be found without "E".
"E" is at the beginning of existence and the end of trouble.
It's not found at all in war
but twice in peace
It's once in hell but twice in heaven .
"E" is a part of emotions.
Hence, all emotional relations like Father, Mother, Brother, Sister,
Wife, and Friends have "E" in them.
"E" also represents effort and energy.
Hence, to grow from good to better, two "E"s are added.
Neither would we see, hear, smell, or taste as eyes, ears, nose, and
tongue are incomplete without "E".
Hence GO with "E" but without E-GO.
