_ in 1918. Textile Factory of Varazdin was founded

_ in 1922. start of wool yarns and fabrics manufacturing

_ in 1926. the expansion of production process to garment manufacturing

_ in 1948. The factory starts to operate under the name of Varteks (Varazdin Textile Industry)

_ in 1983. Varteks acquires the licence agreement for Levi’s®

_ subsequently Varteks starts to produce Veze’s brand Versace

_ today, Varteks develops and manufactures Versace collection from its own fabrics as well
