India has always enchanted the world with its mystique ways. Our inbound flow of tourist has risen tremendously†in the past few years and†we hope it keeps rising.

Yes with India gaining popularity as a tourist destination, inbound into India will see a huge improvement and it is bound to rise in a very big way. Indians having more and more disposable income have started traveling and are termed as second biggest spenders after Japanese. There is going to be a positive increase in outbound from India.

Yes there has been a negative effect on Indian market. Inbound has suffered more than the outbound, though Indians were effected but not as much as American or Europeans hence the effect on inbound has been more than outbound.
There are many new destinations being added and improvement being done constantly. Places not to be missed are, Leh, Varanasi, Darjeeling, Kolkatta, Manali, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Delhi, Lakshwadeep
As mentioned earlier Indian tourism is bound to rise manifolds and at a very fast pace. India has suddenly started concentrating on improving its infrastructure like better roads, more airlines connect to India and from a single national carrier we now have over†6 domestic airlines connecting India. Wealready have one of the largest railway networks in the world and†this all is bound to give a major boost to tourism in India. Other factors like economic well being, Indians being now termed as educated lot, stories about the warm Indian hospitality have led the world to such a curiosity level that people are curious to visit India. There is no reason for India not to have a major inflow of tourists.

タイ、香港、シンガポール、マレーシア、ドバイ、ロンドン、ヨーロッパ、アメリカ等です。
以前と比べて、海外からのインド旅行、インドからの海外旅行に変化はありますか？
海外からインドへの旅行は、益々人気になってきています。外国人旅行者は大きく増加し、インド旅行は更に大きく伸
びることが予測されています。一方インド人の収入にも余裕が出てきたので、インド人の海外旅行も益々人気になって
います。最近諸外国では、インド人観光客は日本人観光客の次にお金を落としてくれると評判になっています。これか

世界経済危機は、海外からのインドへの旅行、またはインド人の海外旅行に影響を及ぼしていますか？
インド旅行業には悪い影響が出ています。インド人の海外旅行にも多少の影響はありましたが、アメリカやヨーロッパ
からの旅行客程のインパクトではありません。海外からインドへ来る旅行者が減り大きく影響を受けています。
外国人旅行者には、ケララやゴアが人気ですが、その他にどのような場所がお勧めですか？
インドには、他にもお勧めの場所は沢山あり、インフラも日に日に向上しています。お勧めのスポットは、レー、バラナシ、
ダージリン、コルカタ、マナリ、ラジャスターン、ハイデラバード、デリー、ラクシュワディープ等です。
インド旅行業の将来は？
最初にお話したように、インドの旅行業は早いペースで何倍も大きくなるでしょう。インド政府も、道を整備したり、
国際線の航空会社の乗り入れを増やしたり、国内線は官営 1 社だけから 6 社以上の航空会社が乗り入れできるようになっ
たりと、インフラ整備に力を入れ始めました。既に世界でも最も広い地域を網羅する鉄道が整備されているので、これ
だけでもインド旅行を促進しています。インド経済が成長していることや、優秀なインド人によってインドの教育水準
が注目されたり、インドの温かいホスピタリティが話題になったりなど、今世界の人々がインドに興味を抱き、インド
旅行に行きたいと思っています。インド旅行の人気は高まるばかりです。
