developments at Verstegen. The new allergen labelling

regulations that came into effect in December 2014 have

highlighted the need for greater allergen transparency, and

have also created a lot more work for food professionals.

back page where you will see a list of all declarable

allergens per variety.

products contain no declarable allergens. To aid customer

Marinades Verstegen water-based marinades are perfect for marinating

all kinds of meat, poultry and fish. Due to their unique

composition, your counter products will take on a fantastic

colour and appearance, and most importantly a delicious

flavour. With the addition of several Pure label varieties you

can now easily satisfy the needs of any customers with food

allergies or intolerances.

Preparation

Lightly mix the sweetcorn, cabbage,

onion and carrot together. Blend the

World Grill Lemon & Green Pepper

through the Yogurt-Garlic Sauce and

mix lightly into the vegetables.

Garnish and display in a suitable

bowl, or portion into smaller

containers.

250 g Sweetcorn (tinned)

250 g White Cabbage (finely shredded)

1 Red Onion (finely sliced)

200 g Carrots (coarse grated)

100 grams Verstegen Yogurt-Garlic Sauce

Preparation

Make 3 incisions along the length of

the pork fillet and season inside with

the Gyros spice mix. Divide the sliced

ham, sun-dried tomatoes and sage

leaves along the length of the cuts and

then string and tie the fillet (equally

spaced). Brush all over with the World

Grill Cielo Rosso and then space out

and place the skewers through the

fillet. Portion, display and garnish on a

suitable tray.

Cut the rump into 1 cm thick steaks

and then then cut into cubes of
