N.B.:-1. The Principal / Centre Superintendent is requested to ensure for maintaining all covID-19 prevention

measures such as Social Distancing, Hand Washing / Sanitization, Compulsory use of Mask, Routine

Disinfection, etc must be followed scrupulously, before entering the students into the examination hall.

2. The Examination will be held as per the programme (Theory & Practical) even if any of the date is

subsequently declared as holidays. No requests for change in examination shall be entertained.

3. The Chairman, P.G.Council,B.U. & all the Principals of the concerned Colleges shall act as Centre

Superintendent of the above P.G.Examinations/The Centre Superintendent(s)/Head/Co-ordinator/Principals

are required to notify the subjects, of the examination papers on the Notice Board well in advance of

commencement of examination taking into account the subject code as mentioned in the programme.

4. The date for practical examination shall be notified by the respective centre superintendents, the H.O.D of the P.G

Department /Course Coordinator/ Institution are requested to report (if any) deficiency found in this notification, the

Examination will be held as per programme (Theory & Practical) even if of the date is subsequently declared as holidays.
