cultural and ethlcal differencos， and get involved 盟 social activity in their local s抽出ety. 8ixty per cent of students

要 旨

本稿は、 ス ワ ェ }デンにおける学習成果 { ラ ー エ ン グ ・ ア ワ ト カ ムズ) の評価視点、およびその手法に どの よ う な特徴が

あ る のかを検討する こ と を 目 的 と する。 ま た本稿にお け る ス ウ ェーデンの ラ ー ニ ン グ ・ ア ウ ト カ ム ズの定義の も と 、 ス ウ

ェ ーデンの大学教育が学生に ど の よ う な学習環境を提供 し、 学生の どの よ う な ス キルを形成 して き た のかと い う 点に も着

目 す る 。 具体的には、 2007 年に実施 さ れた全国学生調査を も と に、 大学での教育を経て学生が どの よ う な知識、 ス キル

を身に付けたのかを考察する。 最後に、 学習成果を評価方法 と した現行のプ口 グラ ム評価に関する繰題と 展望について考

究する。

学習成果の構築段階や背景は聞 に よ っ て異なってお 号 、 ス ワ ェ ーデンでは 2011 年に学習成果を重視 した質保証枠組が

構築 さ れたロ 現行の質保証は、 プ ロ グラ ム評価 と ア タ レデ ィ テー シ ョ ンで構成 されてお 担 、 プ ロ グ ラ ム評価において学生

の学習成果に焦点を 当 て て評価が行われる。 こ の新たな質保証の も と 、 ま さ に現仏国内のすべての高等教育機関において

プ ロ グ ラ ム評価が実施 さ れている。 そのため学習成果を焦点に したプロ グラ ム評価の実態について考察す る に は資料が十

分ではな く 、 また十分な研究 も な さ れていないのが現状である。

本文では、 ラ } エ ング 剛 ア ウ ト カ ム ズの概念を整理す る に あた っ て コ ン ピテ ンス論、 OECD (経済協力開発機構) に よ

る AHELO(the Assess盟ent ofHi富'her Education Lear血血宮 Ou担0盟es)、 キー 闘 コ ン ぜテ ンシー、 学 士カに関する先行研

究を取 り 上げている。 次にス ウ ェ }デンにお け る ラ ーニ ン グ ・ ア 世 ト カ ム ズについて整理 し 、 質保証枠組、 学習成果の枠

組みがいかに構築 されているのかについて考究する。 ラ ー ニ ング ・ ア ウ ト カ ム ズの定義を した上で、 質保証枠組み、 学習

成果に よ る プ ロ グラ ム評価について考察する こ と に よ 仇 ス ウ ェ ーデンは高等教育を通 じていかな る 人材を育成 し よ う と

している のかを検討する こ と が可能だ と 考え る 。 こ れ ら の概念的整理を踏ま え て 、 全国学生調査の結果を も と に学生のス

キル、 学習志向の実態について考究する。 さ ら に、 学生の学習志向の傾向 と あわせて現行の学習成果を評価方法 と した プ

口 グラ ム評価に関する楳趨と 展望について考察する。
