Nottingham Energy Performance Contract • E.ON secured a contract under the RE:FIT Framework

to deliver an EPC for Nottingham City Council.

• £1.2M Investment to deliver a 26% energy saving

across 8 buildings, including Leisure Centres, Care

Homes and a Sports Stadium.

• All savings guaranteed for 7 years in order to pay back

the original investment.

• One of the 8 Buildings is the Royal Concert Hall.
