Heidiland CLASSIC TOUR «FOLLOW HEIDI» Come with us on an unforgettable and interesting tour through the Bündner Herrschaft with the cool Segway! Our first meters lead us from Maienfeld along acres to the Rhine, where we cruise along the river through the forest. After a few minu- tes we reach the world health resort Bad Ragaz with its magnificent houses. After crossing the Giessenpark we drive to the centre and catch a glimpse of the spa and the Grand Resort. We leave the town, cross the Rhine and climb along a nature trail into the vineyards of the Bünder Herrschaft. After Fläsch we cross the vines and reach Salenegg Castle, which was built at the end of the first millennium. The Salenegg Winery is considered to be the oldest still existing winery in Europe. This is also where wine-growing began during the Bündner Herrschaft. After a look at the castle Brandis we leave Maienfeld on the pictu- resque Heidiweg and soon reach the highest point of our tour near Rofels. Here we enjoy the wonderful view of the Rhine Valley and the mountain landscape with Pizol and Tamina Gorge. Like Fläsch, Jenins also has a village landscape full of character with many beautiful houses. The village church, which is under a preser- vation order, is outstanding.
