Guide Before Installing Your Aluminum Fence

Your aluminum fence should start as a flat piece, which is then rolled in place. If you installed your outdoor aluminum fencing yourself, you'll probably want to do this yourself. But if you're

1. Align the fencing as straight as possible before rolling. It's easier to fix small alignment issues later than large ones.

2. Make sure that you adjust the rollers to match the thickness of your aluminum panels. In most cases, an aluminum fence company in Puget will provide a specified roller size for their product, 3. Test rollers together to see if everything is level. If not, you can use wood shims to level everything out.

4. Drill holes in the ground where your stakes are placed if needed. If the panels will be anchored to the ground, you'll need to drill holes. Use a hammer drill with a masonry bit.

5. If you are rolling your fencing into place, you'll want to make sure that the fencing is facing in the right direction.

6. If you are installing a driveway gate, make sure you have the right components before you start the installation.

7. Be sure to get all of your tools together ahead of time and start installation once you're ready to begin work on your project.
