500,000,000 by October 2017.

3. The Minister of Health and Social Action signs a government

directive authorizing the promotion of self-injection of Sayana Press

by July 2017

4. The Minister of Health and Social Action signs a memo/directive for

the free provision of Post-Partum Family Planning (PPFP) services

by September 2017.

5. The FP Action Plan of the Minister of Health and Social Action

incudes the free provision of FP services using funds allocated by the

communes.

Commune-level objectives

1. Obtain financial support to FP in 15

communes (August 2017).

2. Draft a monitoring report on the communes’

commitments in favor of FP.

• Review of the decree by the Technical Review Committee for legislative documents : withdrawal of Article 8 restricting the prescription of the EC by CHWs.
