ABSTRACT
This message aims to knowing the electronic publishing and its importance
in preaching to Allah, taking into consideration modern ways of preaching under
the continuing technological development.
This message came to meet the desire of expanding the circle of Islamic
Preaching and addressing generation in ways and forms they like to deal with,
the importance of this research represents in the using of high technology of the
electronic networks with its accuracy of performance and quick achievement to
serve the issue of calling to Allah through answering the research problem
represented in the main question which has many sub questions. The question is
whether there is an anticipated advantage of using electronic networks in calling
to Islam? The study showed the importance of calling to Allah throughout the
electronic mechanism at the first chapter and touched the electronic publishing
and means of modern calling with its role regarding calling to Allah the great
and almighty at the second chapter, it also touched stages of electronic
publishing of calling and the horizons of modern approaches concerning such
matter at the third chapter. The fourth chapter discussed and showed the
electronic publishing in the scale and its future shape between the reality and the
desired.
The study used the theoretical part as well as some tools that were
designed for the purpose of collecting statistical data on land. The main purpose
of this questionnaire was to measure to what extent preachers were affected by
means of electronic publishing and the effects on calling to Allah. The study
sample was formed out of (139) samples and the study was concluded by some
results and recommendations related to the research and most of them are:
1- The study proved the role of electronic publishing which is considered
one of the most important modern techniques that take part in
generalizing knowledge to preaching to Allah where this publishing was
visual, audible or readable.
2- The study sees that there is no any legal objection to use modern ways in
calling to Allah if these ways were set by Sharia disciplines
3- The usage of the preacher to different ways whether they are audible,
visual or readable attracts the attention of Muslims and Non-Muslims to
this great religion.
4- That is allocated to a group of Islamic sites to preach Islam among non-
Muslims and new converts to spread Islam to them.
