MEDUSA
Description and facts: Medusa was a beautiful woman but Athena transformed her hair into serpents (snakes) and made her face terrible that you looked at it you would be turned to stone. The Myth is about Perseus and the Gorgons head.
CYCLOPS
Description and facts: the Cyclops was a one eyed giant. The eye was in the middle of their fore head. Unluckily there were three of them named Brontes, Steropes and Arges.
HYDRA
Description and facts: Hydra was a serpent like water monster, that possessed many heads and for each head cut off it grew two more. The poisonous breath and blood so dangerous that even its tracks were deadly.
MINOTAUR
Description and facts: Minotaur has the head
and tail of a bull and the body of a man.
He lived at the centre of the Cretan Labyrinth which was an elaborate maze.
Theseus eventually killed the Minotaur with the sword of Aegeus.
CERBERUS
Description and facts: Cerberus was a three-headed dog with a serpent's tail, a mane of snakes, and lion's claws.
It guarded the entrance of Hades to prevent those who entered from ever escaping.
SIRENS
Description and facts: Sirens were dangerous
beautiful bird like creatures with a woman’s head, bird feathers and scaly feet who lured nearby sailors with their enchanting music and voices to shipwreck on the rocky coast of their island.
They played a variety of musical instruments, especially harps.
