実施要項◼ 概要

• Concur BIツール活用のための“はじめの一歩”を踏み出すための、基礎知識の習得• レポート作成の注意点・Tipsのご案内• Concur Expense のサンプルデータを利用• 標準ツールであるAnalysisのQuery Studioを用いた基礎的な操作の案内 ※ IntelligenceのReport Authoringの操作案内は今回の対象外となります。

◼ 開催日時：2020年9月16日(水）13:30 - 17:30(※多少延長する可能性がございます） ※13:00からのZoom接続テストに必ずご参加ください

◼ 対象 ※ご参加には下記を満たす必要があります。

• Concur Expense をご契約済みのお客様• 自社で利用しているConcur Expense の機能をご理解されている方• 安定したインターネット接続環境を確保でき、Internet Explorer11が動作するPCをご用意できる方

◼ 参加人数• 1社※2名までのご参加とさせて頂きます。※ご契約単位

• 最少催行人数を2名、定員を8名（※）とさせていただきます。（締め切り後、人数に満たない場合には開催を中止させていただきます。）※定員については変更となる可能性がございます。

◼ その他注意事項①Zoom接続テストに必ずご参加願います。②機器トラブル、ネットワークトラブル等で開始時間にZoom会議に参加できない場合は参加できませんのでご了承願います。③オンライン開催に伴う不測のトラブルが発生し、お待たせする時間が生じるなどの可能性があります。④可能な限り個別のご参加者のサポートをさせて頂きますが、オンサイトと同じレベルとはならない可能性があります。⑤休憩は適宜入れますが、休憩が必要な場合やその他お気づきの点があれば適宜ご指摘ください。⑥進行状況によって多少延長になる可能性があります。⑦ウェブカメラはOnにして顔を確認できるようにご参加願います。（講師とのやり取りにおいてタイムラグが減少しスムーズになります。）

※複数の方が同室で受講される場合にされる場合に、感染症予防の為ののマスク等のを禁止するものではありません。

⑧資料はあらかじめPDFで送付しますので、可能であれば印刷して手元で参照できるようにしておいてください。⑨アンケートへの回答をおねがいします。⑩プログラムの社内的検証・改善を目的としリモート会議を録画させて頂くことがございます。トレーニングへの参加により録画に同意頂いたものととみなします。録画ファイルは株式会社コンカーが保管し、社内における左記の目的に限定し利用する権利を有するものとします。

ご使用されるPCで事前に配布するZoom会議情報を参照できるようにしておいてください。

• 演習用ID、パスワード

当日は実際にシステムの操作をして頂きます。受講者様には専用IDを事前に送付いたします。

◼ その他

• 事前配布資料を事前にPDFにてお送りします。当日は講師画面とお手元の演習画面の他に資料を参照しますので、印刷されて参照できるようにする事をお勧めいたします。

• 可能な限りお手元で拡張モニターの確保を推奨します。（無い場合、お手元で頻繁に講師デモ画面とご自分の画面との切り替えが必要となります。）

• 別途事前に送付するID一覧より、ご自分用のID・パスワードでConcurにログイン可能なことをご確認ください。

• 次ページの手順に従い、 Internet Explorer 11を互換モードに設定してください。
