- Found In: Water, Hydrogen peroxide, Wax

- On Earth b/c: In every molecule of water there are 2 hydrogen's

- How helps Earth: Makes up water which helps regulate Earths temp

- Found In: Water, Sand, Pasta

- On Earth b/c: Plants release oxygen, water is made of oxygen

- How helps Earth: makes air breathable for animals, makes up water which regulates temps

- Found In: Proteins, Fertilizers, Air

- On Earth b/c: All living things are made of nitrogen, as dead things decompose they return carbon to Earth

- How helps Earth: Makes up the majority of the atmosphere, makes up proteins which make DNA

- Found In: Light bulbs, Detergent, Soda

- On Earth b/c: All living things are made of phosphorus, as dead things decompose they return carbon to Earth

- How helps Earth: Forms the cell membrane of living things

- Found In: Epsom salt, Gunpowder, Insecticide

- On Earth b/c: Main component of soil

- How helps Earth: Makes up proteins which make up DNA

- Compounds are called inorganic if they do not contain the element carbon.
