B. Sakshama Yojna l.The women living below poverty line

who has lost their Husband, Unmarried Women who are aged between 35 for 45 years or legally divorcee

2. If the above beneficiary does belong to BPL family then the monthly Income of the family shall be below then 70000 per year and the Women in the family aged between 18 to 45 years

3. The women who has lost their husband or who are legally divorcee shall be aged between 18 to 50 years

4. The hens must be the original resident of Chhattisgarh state

5. The women who has lost their husband and they have remarried again with someone shell not be covered under the scheme.

6. Bens belong to SC/ST category shall be given the topmost priority. The first priority will be given on the minimum age basis.
