全冠修复体。
优点: 硬度高、热传导低、 不导电、耐磨损、 可配色、色泽稳定、 生物相容性好
缺点: 脆性大、易破裂 体积收缩大 (线收缩率 11.5~14.0% 体积收缩率 28~34% )

( 1 )前牙切角、切缘缺损,不宜充填者。( 2 )前牙邻面缺损大,冠部有多处缺损者。
( 3 )前牙牙冠因失活、氟斑牙、四环素牙影响美观者。( 4 )前牙因发育畸形、发育不良影响美观者。
( 5 )轻度错位、扭转牙不宜作正畸治疗者。

2. 禁忌证( 1 )乳牙及青少年恒牙牙体缺损且为活髓者。
( 2 )患者合力过大,或因职业关系导致前牙冠折。( 3 )前牙严重磨耗、对刃合而未矫正者。( 4 )过短、过小牙,无法取得足够固位形者。
( 5 )牙体缺损严重,缺乏抗力形者。( 6 )牙周疾患不宜作固定修复者。

( 1 )唇面预备 1.2~1.5mm
( 2 )舌面预备 1.2~1.5mm( 3 )邻面预备 消除倒凹,轴壁相互平行或 内聚 2º~5º 。
( 4 )切斜面预备 1.5~2.0mm 45º ( 5 )肩台预备 1.0mm 90º≦ ( 6 )精修完成

瓷材料制作的全冠修复体。优点:
可用常规失蜡铸造法完成;强度高,硬度大;收缩小,边缘密合性好;生物相容性好;色泽美观自然。
主要成分:氧化硅、氧化钾、氧化镁
少量氧化铝、氧化锌氟化物荧光剂
