Mono means ‘single’ or ‘one’. Monoprinting is the technique of creating a single, unique print.

Monoprinting – Introduction

Monoprinting is a very simple form of printing. It is done by placing a piece of paper onto a thin layer of ink, then making marks on the paper so that the ink is transferred to it.
