Bath County High School Daily Announcements Wednesday, March 4, 2015 Attendance 86.13% Students wanting to get their permit paper from the guidance office MUST stop by the guidance office any day but MONDAY. They may pick up the form Tuesday-Friday. Mrs. Robinson and Mr. Bailey want to make you aware that if you qualify for state or get to attend as a delegate, the cost will be $90 each and will be April 20 through April 22. Your money will be due by March 9. So, this is something that you'll want to go ahead and be discussing with your parents since you compete at regions on March 5 and must have $90 turned in by March 9 if you get to attend state. Join the statewide campaign to raise awareness about the importance of colon cancer screenings. Wear blue and encourage your family, friends, and co- workers to get screened. The yearbook staff are pleased to announce a new app that you can install on your phones and upload pictures! Just search for

Balfour Image Share and key in the yearbook project #578066. You can share your photos immediately with the yearbook staff, and they may just get used in the yearbook.

Seniors, it is now time to submit your senior picture to the yearbook staff or Mrs. Robinson. The closer up photos show up the

best; however, you may submit one of your choosing. If you already have it in digital format, then just e-mail it to Mrs. Robinson. If you do not submit a senior picture, then the yearbook staff will use your school portrait.

My aunt Pam is on the scholarship committee and at this point they have very few applicants. If you know any graduating seniors, please encourage them to apply. They will be awarding 5 scholarships at $5,000 a year. MOREHEAD STATE INVITES ALL 9TH GRADERS!

All 9th graders are invited to Morehead State University Open House on Saturday, March 7. Registration will begin at 9a.m.

in the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC). An agenda will be available at that time.

Students will learn more about the Craft Academy, see the residence hall that Craft Academy students stay in, and have a

tour of campus.

The purpose of the SBDM council is to pass policies to improve the learning environment at our school as well as to improve the quality of instruction that is being delivered to the students in our school.

The council meets regularly on the second Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM in the library.
