1. RETAIL SALES

Retail Sales are the foundation of our opportunity. As a distributor, when you sell products to Retail Customers in person or via your personalized replicated website, you earn the difference between the wholesale price and the selling price. Products ordered from the website are sold to customers at the Suggested Retail Price. When retailing products person to person to your customers, we strongly suggest you to sell the products at the Suggested Retail Price.

2. VIP PROFITS

To motivate distributors those who make more retail to customers, we roll out wholesale discount program. For Bulk order of US $ 280 repurchase products or more, Distributors can earn 100% profit when they sell at the Maximum Retail price.

3. REP BONUS

Enrolling new distributors is the key to your business. We created the Rep Bonus for just that reason. When you enroll a new person you earn 10% on personal business volume of first orders of your enrollee on the Beginner & Expert packs. You earn 20% on personal business volume of first orders of your enrollee on the Power packs (You also must be enrolled at the Power pack to receive this bonus). Rep bonuses are one-time bonus given to distributor.

4. BINARY TEAM BONUS Our Sales Team Bonus is a binary system in which you build a Left Sales Team and Right Sales Team for the purpose of selling products and services. The weekly Sales Team Bonus you earn is based on the GBV (Group Business Volume) in your Left and Right Sales Teams. Your Sponsor Level determines the payout percentage. As a Qualified & Active Distributor you can earn a Sales Team Bonus UP TO 20% of the Matching GBV in your left & right sales team.

As a Master rank with 80 GBV weaker leg volume, you will receive 15% of the Matching GBV of your lesser sales team & greater sales team each week. Using the binary graph above, left sales team reaches 120 GBV & your right sales team reaches 80 GBV in a week period. You get paid at 15% of the 80 GBV on left team & right team which amounts to 80x15% = US $ 12. The 80 GBV will then be subtracted from each side leaving 40 GBV in your Left Sales Team which will carry over to the next pay period.

5. INFINITY BONUS

When you enroll your 3rd direct member in your organization, you will start to receive Infinity bonuses. (You must be enrolled at the Expert or above pack to receive this bonus). You will also get these bonuses for their first 2 direct enrollees. This is one time bonus for every direct member you introduce and for their first 2 direct enrollees. It goes on to unlimited depth.

The maximum amount of unpaid accumulated volume on the Larger Leg that may be carried forward at the end of any weekly pay period is 100,000 GBV. When a Distributor is not qualified for (20 PBV Monthly) for s i x (6) consecutive months (24 commission weeks), none of his/her carryover BV will be retained. Distributors Binary bonus is allowed to reach a maximum of US($) 300 for Rep rank and US $ 20,000 for Senator rank or above per week.

6. PRIME BONUS

The weekly Prime Bonus you earn is based on the GBV (Prime Group Volume) in our Left and Right Sales Teams. You must be in Power pack and Master rank. As a Qualified & Active Distributor you can earn 50% on Matching Prime GBV in your left & right sales team.

8. UNITED BONUS

The United Bonus is the key to building a large organization of Distributors in the Binary. It allows You to multiply your earnings while you leverage the money to grow your Binary organization. With the United Bonus, you can earn a bonus on Binary team Bonuses paid to distributors in your personal enrollment tree. This consists of distributors you personally sponsored and distributors they personally sponsored, continuing down your organization.

The United Bonus is calculated up to 5 generations. As you advance in rank, so does the number of generations you will earn the United Bonus on.

After qualifying at a new rank, with a minimum group volume in a binary weaker leg for any four (4) week period in 24 week Period. A one-time cash bonus will pay out. These bonuses increase at each rank with following cash bonus.

Definition of terms

Downline (or Organization): All the people a Member personally sponsors and anyone sponsored by those new Members make up the organization, or downline, of that originating Member, including Members placed under you by others.

Enroll (or Sponsor): To recruit a prospect and sign them up (electronically or in person) as Combo Healthy Living Member.

Left and Right Sales Team (or Legs): Binary Team Bonus are paid based upon your organization in two Sales Teams (Left and Right). Combo Healthy Living enables Two Members to be directly under you (your Frontline). Everyone else in your organization is placed under one of these two Members for b i n a r y team bonus calculations. All Business volume of product purchases in your Left and Right Sales Teams (or legs) are calculated down to unlimited depth, and count towards binary team bonus.

Distributor: Anyone who signs a Combo Healthy Living Distributor agreement and maintains his or her status by generating at least 20 PBV in total personal (Regular/Customer/Retail) orders.

Distributor Agreement: The agreement that must be completed, signed, received, and accepted by Combo Healthy Living as one of the prerequisites to becoming a Member.

Personal Business Volume (PBV): The volume of product you purchase for resale or personal consumption purposes as well as your personal Customer purchases (Retail or AutoShip) from the company in a given month.

Personally Sponsored (PS) (or Enrolled): The direct connection between a Sponsor/Enroller and a new Member. Personally sponsored Members are placed within the first level of your Enrollment Tree.

Qualify: To reach the established minimums for sales volume, recruiting, and rank for a given month.

Qualified member: A Member who meets the requirements for specific bonuses and commissions. See individual bonuses for detailed requirements.

Rank: Titles earned by fulfilling documented business objectives, starting with Member and continuing to President Millionaire.

Recruit: To attempt to enroll or enlist an individual or entity to join Combo Healthy Living either directly through personal contact or indirectly through a third party.

Retail Profit: The difference between the wholesale price Members pay for product, and the retail price at which they sell it to Customers.

Beginner Pack: Products bundled by Combo Healthy Living for new Members to purchase as their first order.

Support Team (Upline): This is the group above you that you have been placed under. They are available to help you grow your organization. Find their contact info in your BackOffice.

Tracking Position (TP): The position in the Binary structure that holds your Left and Right Sales Team. The Tracking Position is used to track all sales and sponsorship.

Weekly Cap: A set, maximum, amount that a Member may earn in any calendar week on certain bonuses. You have the ability to earn unlimited total income with Combo Healthy Living.

Enrollment Tree: This is also known as your Personal Enrollment Tree, Enrollment Organization, Generation Tree, Personal Enrollment Legs, or Generation Downline. The Enrollment Tree refers to all Distributors that you have personally enrolled, and those that they have personally enrolled, and on and on.

Enrollee: An individual who has chosen to become a new Distributor (Enrollee) and has been enrolled by an existing Distributor (Enroller) into the business.

Placement: When an Enroller places a new Distributor into their Binary Tree, this is referred to as Placement. The Enroller has the unilateral decision on where the new Distributor is placed in their Binary Tree, also referred to as a new Business Center.

Group Volume (GV): The total business volume earned from all orders accumulated in a Distributor’s Binary Tree weekly period (not including a Distributor’s own PV). Volume refers to points assigned to the product. Commissions are earned on group volume.

Binary Team Commissions: Binary Team Commissions is how a Distributor is paid in the Binary Tree. You get paid based on your Group Volume (GV) from your Pay Leg based on your Status. To earn Binary Team Commissions, you must be Active with at least 20 PBV, and you must personally enroll two (2) Distributors (one on your Left Sales Team, and one on your Right Sales Team).

Cash Bonus Rewards & Vacations: Combo Healthy Living will allot maximum 10% of the total company GV for qualified Distributors eligible for Cash bonus, Rewards, Vacations.

Commission Period: Each Commission Period is from Monday 12:00am PST (Pacific standard time) to the following Sunday 11:59pm. Commissions are paid each week after 7 days from commission period has ended. Each Commission Period is from Monday 11:00am GMT (Greenwich Mean time) to the following Monday 10:59 am GMT (Greenwich Mean time). Commissions are paid each week, 7 days after commission period has ended.

Bankable Volume: All accumulated GV will be reset to zero. if you are Inactive without repurchase for 4 consecutive months. A Distributor cannot bank volume unless they purchase 20 PBV at least 4 months once.

Processing fee: 7% Processing fee is the service charge to process distributor commissions weekly.

Commissions: Combo Healthy Living guarantees a maximum payout of 70% of total company GV. First we pay our Binary Team Commissions. Next we pay commissions earned from Retail Bonus, Preferred Profits, and Rep Bonuses, Binary team bonus. Next we pay Cash bonus & Rewards. Finally, all available remaining commissions from the 70% payout are allocated to our United Bonuses. At Combo Healthy Living, we take great pride in our 70% payout to ensure that our plan is generous and properly balanced to reward both the part-time and full-time Combo Healthy Living Distributors. The company is scheduled to pay up to 70% of Company BV, If the compensation plan is paying out more than 70%.The top 45% of earning CBOs will be capped on a pro-rated basis to bring the compensation plan to a maximum 70% payout.
