6. You earn £6.22 per hour and work for 34.5 hours. How much will you earn (to the nearest penny)?

7. A patient is in hospital for 9½ days. How many hours are there in 9½ days?

8. £792 is divided in a ratio of 7:2. Find the larger share:

9. An intravenous drip holds 1 litre of which 156 ml has already been given to the patient. What volume is left

10. A medicine spoon holds 1/12 of a bottle of medicine. How many spoons can be filled from 1 + 2/3 bottles of medicine?
