Background

•Kaizen Institute (KI) has been associated with over 2000 organizations across the world over the last twenty five years, providing assistance in training and implementation of Kaizen paradigms and practices to private and public organizations. The focus is on helping organizations learn and implement Kaizen Management System, which makes them more efficient and effective.

•The mandate to Kaizen Institute is always to help the client build a sustainable, continual improvement focused work culture that fosters total employee involvement.

•The Kaizen Institute – www.kaizen.com – established by Sensei Masaki Imai (considered the father of Kaizen) operates globally. KI operates in over 25 countries and has it global head office at Zug near Zurich, Switzerland.

Objective:

•Jayanth Murthy is the founding partner and the director of Kaizen Institute for India, Middle East and Africa region. He is invited by the Ministry of Education, KSA, to present the concept of Kaizen and it applications. The Ministry intends to adopt and deploy Kaizen as part of it ongoing efforts to promote a Total Quality Culture in KSA.
