Modelarea supratensiunilor n reeaua de cablu de distribuie 10 kV la scurtcircuite monofazate la pamint cu arc.V.A. Bosneaga, V.M. Postolati, V.M. Suslov, A.N. Klinduhov Institutul de Energetic al Academiei de tiine a Moldovei, compania Dnestrenergo Rezumat. Este elaborat modelul pentru calcularea si investigarea supratensiunilor n reeaua de distribuie prin cablu de 10 kV n prezena arcului monofazat intermitent. Au fost determinate nivelurile de supratensiuni n reeaua de distribuie pentru scurt-circuit monofazat i n cazul scurtcircuitului n bobina de tensiune nalta a transformatorului de distribuie 10/0, 4 kV. S-a demonstrat, c valorile maxime a supratensiunelor sunt determinate n mare masura de functionarea aparatelor de limitare a supratensiunelor, i nu sunt direct legate de prezena reactorului de stingere a arcului electric, care contribuie esential la limitarea curentului de scurtcircuit n locul defectului i numai netezeste oscilaiile de frecven nalt. The model was developed for the study of surge in the cable distribution network 10 kV in the presence of intermittent arc. Surge analysis was performed at

2 the occurring of single-phase to earth short-circuit. Surges levels in the distribution network were determined for single-phase short circuit to earth, as well as at the occurrence of distribution transformer 10/0, 4 kV HV winding internal short-circuit. It was shown, that the maximum surge values are mainly determined by the functioning of surge arresters, and are not directly related to the presence of arc elimination reactor, which mainly acts as the current limiter in the place of shortcircuit and only smooths high-frequency oscillations.
