Bottles are transfered on the conveyor witha controled air flow on the bottle neck.The weight and the shape of the bottles isvery important, that is why ACCS payattention on the ventilator position and aircontrol pressure. The line is divided in 10 meters sections,each one equiped with 2 ultrasoniccensors. Each ventilator are controled byfrequency drivers.

The air conveyor is a buffer link betweendown stream and up stream machines.Capable to reach more than 72.000BpH.Build in 304L stailess steel duct, theACCS air conveyor can be supplied indifferent version: Multi size ; Multi neck ;filtration G4 ; F7 ; H14.The components are specialy designedfor low maintenance cost.

Bottle neck adjustment is also importantfor the customer.ACCS has a multi neck conveyorcapable to be adjusted for different typeof bottle neck.The pneumatic cylinder (2 positions) canbe adjusted manually for a fine tuning.

Automatic under neck guide 2 positions

The neck guide is a very important partof the air conveyor, build in UHDPE andFDA approved, the ACCS neck guide isa clip guide easy to set with its tool. Low friction and noiseless; ACCS neckguide is packed in 30 meters rolls.It canbe installed on different brand ofconveyor, thanks to different shape ofAluminum rails.

The UBIC side guide is a multi positionpneumatic cylinder. Controled by PLC,the UBIC guide can have more than 30different positions.The setting is easy to obtain, thanks to aspecial application on the screen panel.It does not required any additionalequipment, tooling and machanicaladjustment.UBIC a fully automated solution for yourmulti size line.

Very useful for water filling lines, theH14 filters is the highest level of filtrationused for clean conveyor.

Combined with H14 filtration, the 3 facesside shield is mainly used for Asepticlines.

The F7 filters is a upper level of filtrationfor high requirement on the blowing air.
