在ICA的学习过程中， I met many talented people with the same goal and vision. Each class is wonderful. They are fantastic in finding out the potentials of people, and encouraging people moving forward. The trainers also demonstrated themselves as professional coaches. The service has grown into its excellence in recent years. I always receive quick response from the support team. 在ICA的学习过程中， My most memorable moment of training with ICA was the first time I came back to ICA class after at least one year absent. I almost quit before that because of the significant changes on my work and life after we moved from China to Australia. It was so hard to keep ICA learning. However, I made decision to come back to ICA one year ago and it was definitely a right decision. I learned a lot in the past year and also came to know of many ICA classmates. It is a amazing journey with ICA in the past several years.

在ICA的学习过程中， I enjoy the course learning. The course content seems simple, however, the sentence there is full of wisdom, easy to understand but not easy to do. I am very thankful for all teachers, they are very supportive, understanding, and encouraging. I also attend quite a number of English classes, and they are all fascinating as well. I would like to thank all classmates. They are very helpful, positive, and kind. All in all, I love ICA family, and I am very proud of being a graduate from ICA. 在ICA的学习过程中， 培訓期間最令我難忘的時刻就是MC的課堂，猶記第一次在MC上擔任教練，緊張到手足無措，話也講不清。經過這段時間一次次和學友的練習、切磋、彼此學習，老師的引導和自我反思；教練狀態出現了，緊張消失了，勇氣變大了，面對MC的心情從緊張轉變成學習的饗宴。感謝各位老師和學友們的啟發和支持，ICA的培訓不僅提升了專業能力，更改變了我的生活。

在ICA的学习过程中， Loads of memorable moments in the past 18 months with ICA. I will always remember that one day I just opened the door at my home and immediately called in the master class. When I was listening to the trainer’s voice, I felt relaxed. Then after five minutes’ guided mindfulness, all stress at work in the day time was gone, with just peace left at heart, feeling warm and recharged.
