• It varies and it is all at the discretion of the supervisors, division directors and executive director, especially if it is and agency-wide closing.

• Our clients are all around the globe, so all months have the same schedule

• Starting in May, to be ongoing.• There are just black out dates for events• This is really a year round effort, versus just
