CLIENT OPTIMAL

Technology for basic cultivation and fertilizing has been applied.

Part (32%) of the yield is used for animal feeding purposes, the other part (68%) was sold (see Income Statement).

Costs of production has been decreased in comparison with the optimal technology, due to the use of stable manure. Fertilizing with stable maunre is to be applied once in four-five years.

Yield of 6,800 KG/ha corn is relatively high, knowing that applied production technology is not matching the optimal one.

For digging up, seasonal workers were paid, harvest was done as service.

Risks in agricultural production

● Agricultural production is specific in many ways:

● it is done in the open air

● returns on investments is a slow process

● Risks that have been very important for the bank are the following:

1. Long production process

2. Weather conditions

3. Diseases

4. Quality of soil
