It is an all-encompassing program that involves ALL MEMBERS of the Fraternity.
It will enhance the individual faculties of each member, including but not limited to moral, mental, social, physical, cultural, and spiritual growth through four developmental components.
Cultivate in ALL of our members a LIFETIME commitment to their chapter, community, province, and the international organization.

IT IS NOT A “PLEDGE EDUCATION”
“PLEDGE PROGRAM”…4,6,8 weeks then nothing. “MEMBER EDUCATION PROGRAM”…continuous
education. “RUSH”…period during process. “RECRUITMENT”…process.
It is not just a change in terminology, but a change in philosophy and attitude.

80% of the chapter must vote to become a pilot chapter.
Must have an advisory board recruited and in place.
One advisor must attend the alumni leadership school.
Agree that ALL Members of the chapter must participate.
Must agree to be “True Gentlemen”. A model for others on your campus and in your community to follow.
