The company "Salavatneftekhimproekt" was founded in 1948 as a branch of "Lengiprogaz". The institute was developing the design documentation for industrial
project of Combine №18 (at present - PAO "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat") and the entire Salavat city. In the following, the Institute reorganized repeatedly, and in 2014 moved
from government holding to sole shareholder.

For this purpose we have developed a project management system, production modernization and employee incentive programs (2014-2015 years). This brings us to execute projects in quality and on time.

Reception area
For the design and organization of workstation, we took into account the work features of each group of employees. Comfort and ergonomics have improved performance both design and functionality working groups. On the second floor is the administrative and management personnel with reception area.
Our office is located in a building with an area of 4500 m2 . In the period 2014-2015, we are implementing a modernization program: office block is being reconstructed and capital repaired with a full replacement of fixed assets (purchased new graphics workstations, servers, software, office furniture).

Technical support
Fire alarm system, security signal system, as well as access control system prevents the entry of unauthorized persons into the territory and allow to keep records of working time. The cafeteria has been organized in office, where employees come during their break with their meal. Also they can play table tennis during the breaks .
In 2014 we bought 200 graphic stations (2 * 24 ', CPU 3,7GHz, 8G RAM, GF760). There are IP telephony, electronic document management and archive in the office. Server equipment provides rapid deployment of resource-intensive workloads. Mobile shelving in the archive gives access to 283 451 units of working documents, calculations, drawings, estimates, expert report on the industrial safety.

We are developing a three-dimensional applications, and video presentations for staff training. In the simulator, our specialists simulate various emergency situations in the workplace. The training simulates the consequences of wrong actions of trainees. Use simulators in the course of training, advanced training and monitoring skills of employees. This will reduce the risk of accidents due the human factor.
We simulate possible emergency situations and visualize them on the 3D model. The integration 3D models of ERAP1, Hazardous Facility, FAS1 and Preventive Maintenance allows to organize joint work of the various groups of users in the event of occurrence, localization and liquidation of emergency situations. Use simulations for quick and coordinated work of the staff, the speedy elimination of accidents and minimizing their consequences.
