For example, people need an easier way to make webpages on their mobile phones. people need an easier way to order services on their mobile phones. people need an easier way to reach doctors on their mobile phones.

• The ‘real’ startups are small and efficient groups who launch product fast to test the growing market. (however, they might not be aware of that it’s in a growing market)

Secret 1- Market = Growing Market

Secret 2- The Silicon Valley is mostly flat, with only one spike.

• High-speed information is a kind of secret.

台灣⼈人才要⾯面向國際市場創業,在美國創業遇到的難題有哪些?

• 第⼀一代移⺠民(american dream),想留在矽⾕谷⻑⾧長期發展

• ⼯工作⾝身分問題 (from student visa to H1B, then green card)

• 家庭負擔 (have a stable life, buy a house)

• 創業時,資訊獲得不對稱很多想法缺乏獨特性,已經輸在起跑點上 看不到競爭者,或無法從競爭者中區分⾃自⼰己 與使⽤用者距離太遠,增加產品不確定性

• 想創業的都想⾃自⼰己當⽼老闆,⼀一夫當關 聽和傳達想法⼀一樣重要 - advise from SVT Angel
